we have visited the southview on numerous occassions and we have enjoyed every visit. phil and richard are great hosts, the hotel is immacculately clean and well presented, there is always a very friendly welcome and it is always a very comfortable atmosphere. there is a very good selection for breakfast and all guests seem to enjoy their time there. the on site swimming pool is a great bonus. we will visit the guest house again whenever possible as we always are reluctant to leave. it is a very relaxing hotel to stay at - well done phil and richard and all at southview hotel.

Phil & Richard, This has got to be the best Bed & Breakfast we have ever stayed in when visiting the Lakes. The hotel was immaculate, the facilities were excellent, the food was excellent and the service was perfect. We would never go anywhere else. Thank you for a fantastic weekend. Good luck for the future Bernie & Pete.
