Good Points: Nice bedroom. Lovely breakfast and very attentive staff in the restaurant. Receptionist who greeted us was great and was very helpful. I was particularly glad for help with our bags. Bad Points: Bathroom needs refurbishing. Feel that website should mention the number of stairs required to access the hotel and to access the restaurant. I was travelling with my elderly mother and the amount of stairs was an issue for her though she managed. General review: Fine. Comfortable hotel. Lovely breakfast. Receptionist who greeted us was great and we were very grateful for the help with our bags. Not impressed with the person on duty in the morning when we left as she was not overly friendly and didn't bother to ask if we had enjoyed our stay.
