We took the family to Tribfest in 2009 VIP it was an absolute joy of a festival. We paid just over £250 for 2 adults and and 2 kids for a full weekend that included our camping and parking. I can honestly say the facilities where 2nd to none. Having been to many of the bigger festivals. we felt safe and so did the kids it was a brilliant atmosphere with friendly staff and security staff amazing didnt really need them. The toilets where immaculate throughout the weekend. the kids where catered for with a massive kids areaa and the bands and big screen top notch could have been the real thing, and lots to do in between bands I spoke to one of the organisers and yes they did have problems with the water supply and the VIP campsite was to small, but it was the first time they had used the Bevereley Polo Club this didnt deter us at all and i was assured they would sort this problem out next year. As for the VIP area it was beautiful and right on the doorstep of the campsite.I have been to Glastonbury and V festival on several occasions but i can honestly say this was the best chilled out music weeknd festival we have ever attended. total cost including food/beer petrol admission for a weekend family of four £450, Glastonbury in June £1100, We will definatley be returning to Tribfest next year and bringing another 2 families with us. If you havent been give it a try its guaranteed family fun

Hi Just returned what i can only describe as the best weekend i have had away. Me and my wife and 10 year old son went to Tribfest 2009. VIP style We have done the Glastonburys and the Vs but decided to cut the cost this year and do a budget festival. I would like to thank the organisers in making this festival the best one i have ever attended. The VIP area was fantastic and the VIP camping area also top notch. The toilets and showers where impeccable throughout the weekend. Apparentley one of the bands did not turn up Fri Night in the VIP but it did not deter us from having a brilliant time. We paid at Glastonbury last year including spending just short of 1,000 pound. Tribfest including spend 450 pound and it knocked the spots of any major festival we have attended. We travelled from Bristol and will definatley be returning again next year with a bigger crowd.Dont be put off by the tribute bands they where fantastic with a stage and big screen to match. To all the Tribfest staff and new festival friends we made see you all in 2010 JS

Tribfest good festival great music, but don't go VIP complete waste of money campsite was a free for all there was no allocated spaces so people was having to set up tents outside the designated area and carry them in so we were all crammed in like sardines We also had to park the car a mile away from where we where camping which was a bummer on Sunday morning when i had to find it to go home for a shower as none of theses worked. Also we were promised two extra bands on the sat and sun night and neither turned up so we had to resort to listening to cheesy pop until 2 in the morning. Also there was to be a free virgin vie pampering tent for VIPs which never existed when i asked staff they just looked blank but it clearly says it on the VIP website.bit of a disappointment as it was my partner 30Th.

Fabulous welcome, room was clean with excellent decor. Breakfast was out-of-this-world. Sue and Jerry were super hosts and we will definitely stay at the Compston again. Car parking pass was a real money saver! Highly recommended.

just a quick one to say thanks for an amazin festival. we took the kids and it was their first ever (13 & 15) and they loved it. particular highlights for us were scissor sisterz, badness, rat in the kitchen and all mod cons. camping facilities were excellent, all the staff were friendly and helpful and as for the rain, it wouldnt be a festival without it and it certainly didnt slow us down. bringing a big crowd back with us for 2008.
