The Cambrian Inn holds a very special place in my heart. Jean Ceri and her late husband, Piero, were the epitome of professionalism, while at the same time, down-to-earth, warm, loving, welcoming friends.
The Cambrian Inn is warm, quiet elegance. The staff was always second to none. The menu was confounding, only in that everything was so good, it was very difficult to decide what to have, when I visited.
It has been far too long since my last visit, and I have found myself missing the atmosphere, the people, and most important, the friendship I found at the Cambrian Inn. I have never found a place, since, that has gone straight to my heart, the way the Cambrian Inn did, when I had the pleasure of living in the area.
If you find yourself in the village of Solva, Pembrokeshire (Dyfed), make it a point to stop in at the Cambrian Inn.
