Firstly i would like to say that my family were regular customers to the Queens Head pub. (Harvester) On most occasions there was a problem with our food but the service was good so the staff would sort the problem out on most occasions. Our last visit was the worst ever! food was warm and service was appalling, and even when we complained the manager he just didn't care!! even when we contacted the Harvester website we had to wait a long time, and when they finally replied we were just fobbed off. This is the worst Harvester restaurant i have ever been in. Stay clear of this pub as they do not appreciate regular customers!!
