Good Points: Location, walking distance to station, pubs and restaurants

This is the most expensive B&B I have ever stayed in. For the ridiculously high price I expected much more. The room was very nice but small. Tiny tv almost at ceiling height, so I got neck ache. The tea & coffee facilities comprised very cheap & nasty coffee sachets, no biscuits. Bed comfy but the hotel (B&B) is by several restaurants & pubs & this gave way to paople making a racket outside from early evening till way past 3am. I got very little sleep. The proprietor was terse to the point of being unfriendly & didn`t even call a taxi for me when I asked about one. Very overpriced for a very average B&B. Delusions of grandeur would seem to apply despite the 4 star rating.

Nice hotel but there is no car parking.
The limited spaces are two which appear to be used by the owners.
As for the convient car park (which is less than a minutes walk away) you still have to get up before 8am to pay for another couple of hours car parking the following morning!
Also there is a Curry house next door so there is a fair bit noise till about 2am.
