Hi,
First of all can I just thank you for what has been a wonderful little local service - a real community bus. For the last two years I have been grateful to be allowed to travel on the bus to and from Anderson Crescent to help socialise my pups now onto my fifth pup in training. Everybody has been great until Dave retired and a couple of weeks ago I had my 60th birthday. When hearing this it was demanded by the rudest driver I have ever met and has for me now become very distressing, I know other people have been upset by him. I am also considering a complaint to Moray Council as I spoke to a chap there originally when I started training guide dogs for the blind. Can you please note my complaint about this driver not sure of his name think it was Colin. Will I banned from training guide dog puppies on Mundole minibus unless I produce a concession pass which I don't have to on other forms of transport. Could you please clarify.
