Best rates for a Local Hotel

Although we only did one night at the Hinton, we were both very impressed with its cleanliness and the service that John and his wife(the proprietors)provided. Very friendly and obliging and around the house nice personal touches e.g. bottles of water in the room, sweets in the lounge (foc)! John made us egg and bacon sandwiches, for a very early start, instead of a full breakfast and we had a price reduction for that too. Three plus stars for two star prices. One of the best guest houses ever, could not fault it. Well done the Hinton!

An excellent hotel. We chose the Hinton because of it's proximity to Manchester Airport - not as travellers, but to visit the Viewing Area there to watch the aircraft at very close range - and see some of the Cheshire countryside as well. We only live in North Wales and could have done the journey at anytime in about 90 minutes, but staying for 4 nights would allow us to take our time. As the Airport was only 6 or so miles from the hotel and no need to join the motorway, the brief journey was a doddle. The rooms were well furnished and spotlessly clean, the food was excellent and the atmosphere very relaxed. No need to sell your grandmother to stay here - bring here with you instead. We will be back later in the spring, if only for more of the same! Oh, and did I mention, it is convenient for the Airport too!!
