An excellent meal with attentive and friendly service. Salad to start had a mix of leaves with Parma ham and gorgonzola to add depth, and wasn't overdressed. Main course of a seafood soup was amazing - full of mussels and prawns with a rich and velvety tomato base. Afterwards, we shared a fudgy, orangey home-made chocolate cake that was out of this world! We found it good value for money and would certainly return.

Barely competent service which included giving customers the wrong starters - three tries with my wife and I. Tasteless and uninspiring food and all at unreasonably hight prices given the poor quality of what was on offer. it claims to be an Italian restaurant, but I would guess that the nearest to understanding the qualities of Italian dining that Kakooti has might have been to glance at a postcard of Rome!
