Walsingham is an exceptionally beautiful place. At the time of the assumption, when catholics gather together in Walsingham, there are many different people from all over the world, all together for one purpose. It is a wonderful pilgrimage, and those who don't see it are well and truly missing out. Even non-religious poeple, or folk of a different religion should visit for ther sheer beauty of the small, peaceful village. :-)
