Good Points: Welcoming friendly staff, good breakfast and close to Town center. Bad Points: No water pressure to shower. Bed linen smelt damp and unpleasant. Room not serviced properly, bins not emptied daily and had to ask for toilet rolls. Parking was limited and the owner requested your car keys on arrival to move vehicles. most guests disagreed and didn't cooperate. General review: The area and location were spot on close to the town center. minor issues easy to correct.

Me and my boyfriend Scott came here as our first get-a-way and enjoyed it so much were coming back. Our stay was so enjoyable and relaxing and we couldn’t be more grateful to Gemma and Steve.

We spent a weekend at the Senarth guest house at the end of June 07, and were made thoroughly welcome by Gemma and Steve. The bedrooms and linen were spotless, and the breakfasts delicious, well prepared, and served with a smile. The drinks from their bar were very cheap, and we had a coffee served on a tray – free of charge. The Senarth is located a street away from the main shops, restaurants, bars and beach, but is in a quiet street. All our requests to Gemma and Steve were “…no trouble at all…” and dealt with promptly. It was a pleasure to stay there, and we will certainly stay there the next time we visit Llandudno. Thanks Gemma and Steve for giving us a great weekend. Mel & Gwen.
