Good Points: room was spacious compared to others; staff was extremely helpful both with respect to the accommodations and local information/assistance
General review: Our stay was excellent. Your staff was extremely helpful with information regarding local resources to exchange funds and cash traveler's cheques. Additionally, they recommended other dinning choices if we decided to stay within town for our meal. We returned to the hotel dining room, though; but appreciated their candid recommendations. The reception that we received upon our arrival was extraordinary. The staff was friendly and outgoing. The room was beautiful and spacious, not cramped as were our rooms in London. The beds were very comfortable and the in-room facilities were superb. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others traveling to Canterbury.
