Good Points: Beautiful location, historical interest of Hall, helpfulness of staff, lovely English breakfast
Bad Points: More attention to detail required when cleaning bedrooms (crumbs & dust in corners of carpet & fire place, calcification on shower head), only one bath towel provided in the room which was booked for two people, did not find it easy to locate Reception as signage not good, people allowed to make lots of noise at seating area under our bedroom windows late at night until we complained
General review: Generally good as the Hall & grounds are very impressive & beautiful. The staff are very helpful, but they need to pay attention to detail regarding the bedrooom cleanliness & bathing facilities
