I stayed at this apartment for 2 nights. There was no hot water to have a shower. The heating stop working middle of the night. There was no instruction on how to use the heat controller as it was round 1am and was not possible to call anyone. The bed is a sofa bed that sleeps one person. Contacted the owners thru email but they refuse to give company address. There are using two different address to cover their back. I got the company address thru Compines House. Consumer Direct has said they in breach of suppy of good and service act and trading standards been informed.
