Had Christmas lunch to day and was very dissapointed with the meal. By the time the vegatables arrived the dinner was going cool. the sprouts were overcooked. The beef also was overcook. did we have yesterdays leftovers??? We have visited a few times before and everything was fine, but don't think we will go to your Christmas lunch again.

My partner and I were thrilled with this place. We had one of the well appointed cottages. The food, management and staff excellent. Prices reasonable. Give it a try I stayed here over 20 years ago. We will visit many more times now Doug Ashcroft and Karin Schirmaier

We stayed for 5 nights in one of the cottages (No3) behind the pub it was very spacious and well appointed especially the large bedroom/ensuite with shower and bath. We found the pub to be very reasonable on price for both food and drink. Although the pub is undergoing a complete refurb it dos'nt resemble a building site and the work done so far is of a high standard.I would recomend as a nice peaceful retreat to tour the cotswolds.
