Just got back from a visit to Kent and had to mention about a wonderful stop we had at alkham valley garden centre on the way home.
The Christmas display was lovely, and the garden centre staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
We also had a lunch in the tea room which was excellent. The homemade leek and potato soup was very tasty. And my wife loved the coffee cake.
If you are in the area I would recommend a stop.

It was clean. and located in good podition.
Change windows (double glasing)to reduce car and people noise coming from the street, indeed the windows does not close tightly. Install fridge in the rooms.
No fridge, windows does not close well to insolate noise coming from the street, and TV does not has plugs for my son's play station, it ordered from the staff three times, unfurtunately they did not change it or at least told me that they have not. Generally, cleaniss is good (daily) and family room is vast enough for three person.
