No 2 Seton place is part of a Victorian villa Circa 1864, and forms part of the quiet Grange conservation area, 1 mile to the south of the city centre. Surrounded by a large walled garden, which is available for use by our guests..We offer spacious comfortable accommodation comprising 2 twin/double en-suite rooms, and 1 single room, with it's own private bathroom.
We also offer free off street private parking, and Wi Fi internet connection. There is fast , easy access to the city centre, via the local bus service, with bus stops within a few minutes walking distance. Day tickets can be purched from the driver.
