Edenshead Stables B&B is a charming house in peaceful countryside on the edge of the village of Gateside, near Falkland, Kinross & Perth. The house, all on the ground floor has 3 tastefully furnished Guest Bedrooms, all with ensuite facilities and views over the garden and rich agricultural farmland to the rolling Lomond Hills beyond.

There is a delightful patio and colourful courtyard in which to relax and ample private parking and safe storage for bicycles and golfing equipment etc. The guests’ sitting room offers extensive reading, local information including books, maps and brochures to help plan the day ahead.

Breakfast is served in the lovely dining room using local produce where possible – the summer soft fruits, local bacon, smoked haddock, kippers and Arbroath smokies and delicious porridge made from Scottish medium oatmeal.

Centrally situated, Edenshead Stables B&B is 3.5 miles from the M90 Motorway J8 making it the ideal base to reach out to many varied Visitor Attractions and sporting pursuits – Cycling, Walking, Fishing, Off Roading and even Gliding at nearby Portmoak Airfield. Golf in particular offers many challenges with over 40 golf courses within an hours drive - St Andrews, Carnoustie, Gleneagles, Ladybank and Kingsbarns to name a few.

There are many fine Inns and Restaurants in Fife to suit all tastes and pockets, some within a short distance by car and there is the Gateside Inn within walking distance (300 yards).

Explore St Andrews and the Kingdom of Fife; Highland Perthshire with it’s spectacular scenery, Stirling and the Trossachs; The Angus Glens and Royal Deeside not forgetting the capital city of Edinburgh which is within an hours drive by car, bus or Park & Ride.
