Newdigate is a village in the Surrey Weald that dates back to Saxon times, home to 1500 people, and offers a buffet of delights close by. For the wonders of the great outdoors Box Hill has been tempting visitors continuously, with delightful woodland and wide open spaces on offer, Nature Trails, and there is even a Visitors Centre perched at the top. Or there is always High Beeches, which sprawls some twenty acres of bewitching landscapes of woodlands, and water gardens, follow the winding paths that will lead to enchanting Waterfalls and Meadows…Or perhaps the amazing exhibits on offer at Gatwick Aviation Museum will be one temptation too many, with remarkable aircraft some of which date back to WW11.
