I will never use Carriages again. They are unreliable, never turn up on time. I have been overcharged on several occasions and I find that most of the drivers are rude and surly.The people that answer the phones are not helpful or friendly. What has happened to all the nice girls and controllers. I think there has been a change of ownership last year and the company has certainly gone downhill. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Avoid this company at all costs! They failed to pick me up at Heathrow, so I paid 60 pounds in a black cab. When I arrived at my friend's house, the driver was there demanding cash. We should have called the police. They are completely unreliable, and I would caution anyone from using them.
