Buratta's is one of those undiscovered jewels. The atmosphere is really relaxing, beautifully interior-decorated, all their wines seem to be top quality, even the house that we tried! They have an a la carte menu and specials board and we found the choice quite difficult as the range of meals was extensive. They had a rabbit stew on, maigret of duck, lamb shank, lots of fish dishes including monkfish and the homemade desserts, well!
This was my first meal at Buratta's (I had popped in for a pint of ale before to suss it out) and it was a great experience for both me and my wife. The service was relaxed but efficient, too, even though it was quite busy. If your budget for a 2/3 course meal, including drinks is around £25-£30, this is excellent value-for-money. Give it a go.
PS: I like their website,too.
