Good Points: The staff.
Bad Points: Parking was a severe problem, the 'hidden extra' that was not expected, the cost of parking was over 10% of the cost of the hotel.
Having to push past smokers blocking the door in the evenings was very unpleasant. Not enough chairs in the residents bar, and non-residents drinking in there as it was quieter than the main bar.
General review: You can not control the weather!
