Good Points: Handy for Playhouse Theatre and shops.
Bad Points: No remote control for TV. TV stand was unstable, additional electric heater was unstable. No soap for sink. No glasses for juice at breakfast, lift was temporarily broken and we were on 3rd floor.
General review: In general, the hotel looks as though it has seen better days and could do with refurbishment.
